In every time period have parcels reach to Zhongtong station from other province, and these parcels should deliver to our warehouse, you may think, courier station would deliver parcels to our warehouse as long as it received. no, of cause no. its not efficient and economy way to them. they will send parcels to us once in AM. once in PM. other couriers company also do like this.

You may also ask, since parcels not deliver why app show signed delivery? that because courier signed themselves internal, otherwise, if courier station not fulfill timing delivery and update to its system would get penalty from their internal.

First of all, seller arrange courier to our warehouse, the agreement is effected between seller and courier company, if lost and damage, also not in time arrival to us during delivery, the courier would pledged to fulfill delivery competence to seller, not to receiver DJcargo warehouse, we just play as role as agent. many time we push courier delivery, they always respond a word ok, but not come

We can reflect goods status, package condition when we received, but push damage and lost claim, courier never respond. most effective way is ask seller (sender) to handle.

Why ask shipper (seller) arrange goods to us, not we arrange pick from seller

There are at least two reasons to let seller or shipper to arrange goods send to our warehouse. of cause we can on behalf of pay domestics transportation cost. 

①;for instance;  a parcel at a seller store in Beijing, seller should call any courier company in Beijing to pick up goods from him and send to our warehouse, if goods damage, lost, and some other problem, seller in Beijing could easy to go courier station solve problem. if we call a courier in Beijing to pick up from seller place, any problem happened, we hard to solve. 

②;for instance; a set of dining table with four chairs needed ship from Shanghai to our Guangzhou warehouse,  one table exwork cost is 200RMB, chair cost is 50 RMB per pcs. total ex-work cost is 400 RMB. a seller quote buyer 1000 RMB sales price included domestic logistics fee from Shanghai warehouse to our warehouse. if one chair damage or lost during transported to our warehouse. seller would take cost less than 50 RMB to let courier resend to us. 

While seller quote buyer 800RMB for goods cost, and we call courier to pick up from Shanghai seller to our warehouse in Guangzhou, if courier caused damage and lost for same chair, we would take the cost at least 100 RMB to let courier resend. why we would participate the risk related buyer and seller’s business. DJcargo never intervention buyers and sellers business, but do provide assistance to both parties.

In what situation that the delivery signed long time, our warehouse still not updated receive

You may ask the online shop app showing goods delivered long time, but our warehouse still not updated for receiving status. by some reason as below 

1. Courier station signed themselves, but forget to deliver

2. Courier send to wrong address. our warehouse always received goods belong to other warehouse, and we always call couriers take back and resend to right address, but we are not sure other warehouse guy will does same like we do, if this situation happen, seller (shipper) can push courier compensate.

3. Packaging out side no shipping mark, courier would not send to us, because they know we will reject no shipping mark goods. or courier put no shipping mark parcels to our warehouse, fast run away, later they signed delivery themselves. with such no shipping mark goods, we can’t recognize its belong to which clients’ so we will not update to system. 

Why our warehouse reject to receive goods

  1. Goods outside no shipping mark, or delivery note no shipping mark. we can not recognize it belong to which clients. will ask courier check with shipper make it confirmed and resend to us.
  2. Packaging inside has abnormal sound, and outside broken, will be rejected
  3. Packaging seriously damage, broken, or no packaging. or goods broken, will be rejected
  4. The goods is not belong our warehouse, will be rejected
